Each of the 25 construction activities, from site handover to final handover, has a checklist with 145 checkpoints in total. The site engineer fills it in and the construction manager checks it. Every checklist can be printed for signatures.
The cost calculator uses your plot size, city, number of floors and finishing package to give a floor-wise and stage-wise estimate. It is an indicative figure; soil, design and site conditions can change the final cost.
